2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to require a deposit or full payment prior to service commencement.

Payments can be made by agreed methods communicated with the client. Payment must be made in full to avoid interruption of services.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee as determined by SparkleCare Cleaning Ltd.

4. Liability

SparkleCare Cleaning Ltd takes great care during the provision of services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to provide access to the property and ensure that any pets or hazards are communicated prior to the service. Customers should secure any valuables prior to service delivery.
